About

When your AWS infrastructure works better, your business does, too. At Logicata, we're passionate about AWS - it's all we do. Logicata is an AWS Advanced Partner specialising in AWS managed services. We manage mission-critical AWS infrastructure running websites and applications for customers around the globe. Logicata is ISO27001 and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Our StoryAfter selling his previous startup in 2014, our founder and CEO, Karl Robinson, worked in Cloud consultancy and noticed a gap: founder-led, growth hungry businesses were missing out on the full benefits of a Cloud-first approach. Large consultancies catered to big enterprises, leaving smaller businesses to navigate Cloud complexities on their own. Many of these businesses were using AWS but lacked the expertise or support to unlock its full potential. With limited resources and often with reliance on a single DevOps person, they faced risks, high stress, and constrained growth. In 2019, Karl founded Logicata (also a founder-led business) to level the playing field, bringing the advantages of enterprise – grade Cloud consultancy to agile, growth-focused businesses – helping them scale faster, reduce stress, and thrive.Karl has been part of the leadership team of multiple successful technology startups. Managing Director of Mistral Internet overseeing huge growth from c£4m to over £21m in annual sales – which saw the company remain on the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 for 4 years running. After this, Karl was Co-Founder of StratoGen which became the first VMware partner to launch a vCloud Powered VMware cloud service and which Karl and the team grew from zero to £5m ARR in 4 years.Karl knows about growth and how critical the right technology choices are.Combined ExpertiseKarl started Logicata with a team he’d worked with since his days at Mistral Internet and StratoGen. In 2020, Karl partnered with Marc Gadsdon and Adriano Cataluddi, founder and CTO respectively, of In-Tuition Networks.Started close to the launch of Windows 95 and in the heady days of dial up internet, In-Tuition initially provided IT services and software development for clients like Vodafone and London Borough Councils. It later built a successful Email SaaS platform, distributed through 120 partners across Europe, running from its own data centers before transitioning entirely to AWS with Logicata’s help. Today, In-Tuition continues to provide SaaS email services and manages large-scale email platforms for major brands in the UK and USA.To strengthen the partnership, ownership has been consolidated under Nous Technology Group, bringing both companies into a unified structure.
