After we kick off with an introductory alignment call with your migration team, we'll run some business discovery interviews with key stakeholders, then facilitate a technical discovery workshop with your engineering team. Design. We'll collaborate on high level designs for your cloud infrastructure with your engineering team. These designs will be informed by the AWS Well-Architected framework, and our experiences building SaaS platforms on AWS. Planning. The design will inform a program of work for your migration project, and a breakdown of costs. We'll provide a high level project plan, identify risks, and agree ways of working with your team.
